How do I get an item repaired?
For all BonyLevy.com repairs, please include your name, address, order number and a reason for the repair. All repairs must be approved by Bony Levy before you ship the repair to us. Once approved, we will provide you with details on the repair timeline and cost associated with repair.

How do you evaluate the repair?
Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take up to 2 weeks, after which we will contact you to discuss any service fees as well as a time estimate for the repair. We take into consideration the time owned as well as the condition received when evaluating a piece.
