Return Policy
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your new purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
To initiate a BonyLevy.com return, please email us at customercare@bonylevy.com Include your name, address, order number and a reason for the return. All returns must be approved by Bony Levy before you ship the return package back to us. Once your return request has been accepted by our team, we will provide you with details on the return shipment.
All items for return must be unworn, unaltered in any way and in the original packaging in which it was shipped.

Upon receipt, products will be inspected. If the products returned are deemed not to be in the original condition or altered in any way, the products will be returned to you and the sale will be considered final. If your return is accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days once the item is received by us for your account to be credited.
Shipping Policy
Shipping for all orders is provided by complimentary ground shipping. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and up to 4 to 7 days for the order to ship to your address. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email update. You can get your tracking number by logging into your BonyLevy.com account and looking at the comments under the most recent order.
Although we may provide delivery or shipment timeframes, such times are estimates and are subject to change. These times may fluctuate depending on the season and the demand of the shipper. If your order will be delayed, we will contact you at the e-mail address you provided for the order.
For expedited shipping, UPS 2 Day or UPS Overnight is available for purchase on all US orders for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that this does not include processing time of 48 hours Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
All packages are shipped with a signature required. Please make sure you or someone is available to receive your package.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery caused by any third-party carrier or other delivery service not controlled by us. We highly recommend that you or the recipient inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it. If there is anything wrong or the package is damaged, you have up to 48 hours to contact us and let us know of any issues. Please take multiple photos documenting the original box and packaging of the product, as well as the product itself (if damaged or missing).
